Add liquids up to the sleeve window / max fill indicator. Then add up to 30 grams of desired powdered ingredients.
Screw on the lid. For cold beverages, close the flip cap. For hot beverages, leave the flip cap open. Press the power button and whisk away! For more powerful whisking, press the power button a second time.
In 22 seconds, your beverage will be ready. Pop open the flip cap, sip and enjoy. Use caution with hot beverages.
How to Clean:
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products in their original packaging with the sanitary seal intact within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. The original 4.99 flat rate shipping fee is non refundable.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@drinkvisp.com with the subject line “RETURN” and your order number to request a return. Returns not requested through this process will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs which are non refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance since we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. All items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage in transit. Returns will only be accepted if the sanitary seal is intact. If the sanitary seal is missing or there are signs the product has been used such as residue or a dirty interior the item will be returned to sender and will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. To qualify for a full refund all parts including the charger must be unused in their original packaging and have the sanitary seal intact. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method minus the original 4.99 shipping fee. Please contact hello@drinkvisp.com if the refund does not appear within 20 days.
Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective please email hello@drinkvisp.com within 15 days of delivery. Include a photo of the damage. We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged and not due to normal wear misuse or loss or theft.
